Stuffed Jalapenos

Taking a break from travel and moving on to food for the night.
This "recipe" is the best thing to do with jalapenos.  It is quick and easy!

What you will need:
1 lb Jalapenos, 1lb bacon, 8oz soft cream cheese, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cayenne pepper to taste.
In the microwave soften the cream cheese, about 2 minutes.  Once the cream cheese is soft add in the honey, cheddar cheese, and cayenne pepper.
What it should look like once mixed.

Wash and cut the jalapenos length wise.  Take out all of the seeds, unless you want more heat.
Now the fun part!

Take a small spoon with some of the mixture and smear it inside of the jalapeno.
Lay the filled jalapeno on the bacon and wrap it up.

You should only need a half slice of bacon to wrap them.  Use a toothpick to secure to bacon while it cooks.
What they look like before they cook.

Cook on each side for about 5-6 minutes per side or until the bacon starts to brown.

Total time to prep and cook should take around 20 minutes depending on if you have help.

That is all there is to it!  I hope that you enjoy and if you try it out....leave me a comment letting me know how they turned out!

Happy eating!
